rotating scratch paper allowed?

Are we allowed to rotate our scratch paper when doing the PAt section?

I think it depends on the testing center but I had my hands all over the screen, I took my scratch paper booklet apart, and I may just as well have made a hat and danced a jig. Point is where I took my test they didn't give a crap what I did as long I didn't talk or look at anyone else.

agreed w/ above. but i've heard lot of places that let you touch the screen so cross you fingers
