Does anyone know how to go about in trying to get a rotation in London for grad students?

You mean pharm student? Because grad student would be different. Anyways, when you are in pharm school there is an experiential coordinator who sets up fourth year rotations and such. They can usually help you, but I know not all schools are prepared to help you find an international rotation. You might want to look into IPSF, which is run through APhA. Those are the places I would start.
