Well that explains it (although it depends on how it was given). Were the 5L of fluids also given in the same hour?

The CRNA gave 5 liters over 2 hours but surprisingly this patient did not go into CHF!
She watched the BP drift down and kept giving fluids hoping that could fix the problem.
