Hey everyone,
I am looking for some advice. PC pulled out all volunteers a few weeks ago due to COVID-19. Now that I am back a year earlier than expected I am considering taking the MCAT in August/September so I can have a couple of months to study. I am about to start working full time as a Medical Assistant so I can't commit all my time to study for an earlier date. I am only planning on applying to DO schools. Is August/September too late for a test date for this upcoming cycle? The application process starts May 5th and closes early April. Or should I just accept the two-year wait basically and take the test next March?
Thank you in advance.

For this cycle, August/September won't be considered late, even for MD, since so many students had their MCATs cancelled. DO schools tend to have a slightly later timeline than MD, so you're fine.

Thank you. Fingers crossed I can get a September test date!
