As of right now I have Goljan audio and the notes that go with it. Is there anything dramatically different in his book. Prior to this I had purchased BRS Pathology and have been using it along with FA and Step-Up. Does anyone recommend buying RR Goljan Path or any other books??

The RR Goljian is working better for me than the BRS wrt to the lecture/lab course at my school.

I have the audio also, but it might be something good to go through along with the RR.

well i wont be in a position to actually recommend the book (goljan rr 2nd edition) till i am done with the exam but i can say for sure that its a good buy
it goes well with the audio
i am not sure abt the notes
they are a bit old so u might consider buying this book if u want to use goljan
i hv heard a lot abt brs path but i cannot comment upon it since i hv never used the book myself
i used kaplan for the first reading and i can safely say that kaplan is fairly useless with regards to pathology

happy studying👍

The Goljan notes which accompany the audio are basically older versions of his book. I went through the audio once while I worked out.

Then, due to time constraints and being able to read quicker then listen to one sentence being explained over 5 minutes - I depended on his notes.

Thanks for the advice. I might just have to go check out RR Goljian and compare it to BRS and my audio notes.
