Was it ever published in a full manuscript form? I've searched pretty extensively, but cannot find it. I've only come across the abstracts from 2000 and 2003.

I seem to recall at one of the ASTRO sessions last year (maybe the lung course?) someone said that RTOG 9410 had been submitted to JCO but was not yet finalized for publication. It's kind of frustrating, since it's been 4 years since it was first presented at ASCO. I mean, it's not like lung cancer studies require 7+ years of long term follow up...
