Where in my application could I discuss the blog/website I have created (with multiple authors and contributors) that centers around health-related topics (all while providing a disclaimer that I am not a medical professional!)?

If you got paid for it mark it as work, if not then I guess either extracurricular/hobbies or Other.

"Teaching" is another good tag to consider, if your website's focus is educational/informational.
