Dear Podiatrists/pod students,

Next month, i will be participating in the LA Marathon. The run is 26.2 miles and to prepare for this event I've been running every other day ~5 miles. My concern is the training may be wearing down my feet. Nothing major, just developing some calluses. However, i was wondering if their are any tips on preserving the integrity of my feet for the upcoming run. is it safe to just work through even when calluses are still fresh? any tips or advice would be most appreciated. thanks guys.
