it has been said many times on the forum that the more rural you go, the better for the business because less competition.

My question is if I open a denture clinic in a more rural area, would the patients able to pay(lower salary) and are there enough patients(less than 10,000) to support my practice.

Also, again, if anyone has experience in oregon state, any advice would be greatly appreciated.(tax, difficulty )😱

Who says you need to call your practice a "clinic"?

Who says you need to do lower quality / lower cost dentistry if you go rural?

Who says that rural patients cannot afford high fees?

As a general idea, rural tends to bring in lower fees, but not always. In Oregon, you may not have a sales tax, but they make up for it other ways..

Someone on the forum was mentioning Kentucky in which a lot of people have no teeth but do nothing about it. I wonder if lower income prevents people from getting dentures.

Also, anyone knows people do "denture only" practice? any advice?
