Strongly considering Rush for residency,

How have things changed, what is the new program director like, is it still grind/balls to the wall, do residents get along with each other/how are their relationships with attendings, etc.

Anesthesia there run by a pyramid scheme PP group which has a reputation for not treating their young well from what I've heard...

Don't take step 2 until May. Class ranks also not out until end of M3 year
