I just got pulled off the waitlist and accepted to Rush University and now I'm trying to find places to live. My sister lives in Chicago in Lakeview, but that's about all I know of Chicago. Any suggestions? Is anyone else planning on going to Rush this summer?

I won't be attending their program but I do live in the Chicagoland area. I would recommend getting a place close to a train stop. I live off a blue line stop so I took the blue line in for their information session and interview - I think there are a few other lines that go to the medical district though so I'd look into that (not too familiar with anything besides blue line haha). Driving would be a pain and too expensive so try to find a place where it wouldn't be too far of a walk to a stop - I'd recommend Wicker Park, Bucktown, or Logan Square for areas that are served by the blue line. They also aren't as pricey as the Lakeview area. I actually remember the admissions adviser at UIC (which is also in the medical district in Chicago, so close to Rush) mention that many of their OT students live in Wicker Park and take a bus or train to class.
