well I bet a bunch of ppl will accept and then at the last minute decline. so they may contact you right before

Two weeks ago I was put on the waiting list and today a received a call for an interview. I'm going on May 20th - def unexpected.

Can someone confirm the earlier post which claims that in state residents pay only 10k a year for rutgers? Because i'm pretty sure undergrad is around 20k a year.

I did my interview with Dean Woodward (he is the only faculty member that does interviews). I just graduated with a bs in biochemistry - so I would be a transfer, into the program at Rutgers. The interview began with preliminary info - basically going over my application (asking for explanations regarding my weaker grades, extracurricular info, etc). Then the interview was pretty standard - no strange questions.

I am in a really tough spot right now. I thought from the beginning that I would definitely go to Rutgers if accepted, but now I am torn between Ohio State and Rutgers. I am going to make my decision by the end of the week - not going to be easy. 😎

Did anyone hear back? my status has not updated for a long time..

does any have any idea when we will hear from them?

Thanks.. it is hard to wait !!

I think that if we are on the waiting list and haven't had an interview the latest we'll know is by June 20th.

I just got my interview request today. But i am currently a sophomore during school-to-school transfer in rutgers new brunswick campus so i am not sure if that is any different since when i last called they said they just started looking at school-to-school transfer files this week.

has anybody have interviews recently...

Just interviewed yesterday. I know that they're still conducting school-to-school interviews at LEAST until the 20th. Administrator said that I would have an answer late June/Early July

I can't believe it but I got my acceptance e-mail today! I know that RU isn't on a rolling basis but I was surprised to get an answer so quickly. It's probably because there is not committee, just Dean Woodward =)
I've got a 3.35 Rutgers GPA, a lower science GPA though I don't know what it is.
95% PCAT, 2 letters of rec, one from PIC one from research professor, and some ECs. Just finished my third year.
My GPA is super low so you definitely have a chance! Getting to the interview is the hardest part and you've already cleared that.
Best of luck with the application & interview! Tell us how it goes!

My Rutgers GPA is 3.82 and my science GPA is higher than that. But I didnt take the PCAT since i am only a sophomore and really didnt take all the required courses yet. And I dont really have that much work experience since I was diagnosed with a kidney problem and that prevented me from taking any jobs. Another thing is that I am afraid I didnt do well in the interview. I am not really so sure now...

Accepted didnt expect it after so long of a wait for my interview...
