Many of these programs are quite disrespectful. I remember when I was applying, some didn’t even acknowledge receiving my application, and others never bothered to inform me that I wasn't selected or to thank me for applying.

Are you from Cuba? My boss graduated from Rutgers many years ago, he has implied to me that the program director is cubans, so she is in faovr of dentists from Cuba. Same as SUNY Buffalo, the chair is an Indians, so most of their students are Indians.
DEI doesn't exist in those two programs, don't waste your time and money.
