New brunswick campus is viewed to be the best out of all 3. If you have a good GPA + MCAT score, then it doesn't matter where you take your prerequisites at.

I am NJ Community college student who will be transferring to rutgers in spring 2012.

Have you applied and been accepted to all of them?

It's Camden not cadman

The New Brunswick campus is the best one.

Go to New Brunswick. Not only is it regarded better, it is a much larger campus (made up of 4 individual campuses). Life there is fun. Without a doubt, pick NB.

The premed adviser @ Newark knows the dean of admissions at NJMS personally.

Just sayin.

Almost every premed advisor says that.

NB is the way to go- they have a much better science campus (Busch). Their honors program is also based there.

Both of them (Dr. Heinrich, NJMS Dean of Admissions and Dr. Maiello, Rutgers Newark pre-health advisor) have spoken very highly of each other in my personal interactions with each of them. They are indeed on very good terms, but it's quite possible Dr. Heinrich has a great relationship with the prehealth advisor at NB as well (I just don't know).

simondimond: I got into med school through after going to rutgers newark. The classes were easier than new brunswick (i got pretty much all A's), i got phenomenal letters of recommendation, and the campus was closer for me which was a plus. Your decision is this: if you want to take the easier path to med school, go to Newark. If you want the better college experience, go to New Brunswick. I'd probably choose New Brunswick. It's not like it's Harvard. You should be able to kick ass there too
