Rutgers vs. Columbia

Costs are about the same for me
Not sure yet if I want to specialize but I want to keep all doors open
Heard that it is easier to specialize from Columbia but Rutgers grads are more clinically competent when they graduate
Any thoughts?

Only thing I hated about columbia was you don't get your patients till third year. Other than that, its a med integrated curriculum if that attracts you. I can't say much about Rutgers (they didn't even interview me and its my state school - annoying)

Pretty sure that goes for a lot of places, not getting patients until the third year.... Rutgers being one of them. And yeah, that's definitely harsh not even getting an interview there.
