I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on these two program. Pro's/Con's? Although VCOM/Bluefield is a more established program there is just so much that I love about Rocky Vista's masters program everything from the curriculum to the small class size.

Hey there. Did you decide to attend either program? Are you familiar with matriculation rate for RVU?

So I decided to go with RVU. There was a lot of factors that went into my decision. But it ultimately came down to the fact that I really liked the environment and people at RVU. I emailed with a few of the first year DO students who went through the masters program and one of them said it was 11 students out of the 25 from their masters class that went on into the DO program. I think some also choose to go into their PA program. I would definitely recommend reaching out to RVU they are very responsive and helpful.

Hi! I also faced the same situation. I got acceptances from TouroCOM Middletown, VCOM, and RVU MS programs. I also decided to go with RVU.
Looking forward to meeting you in class!

For those that were accepted, how long did it take you get an answer after RVU marked your application as "File Complete?"

I applied super early but heard back in about 2 weeks.

I submitted my application on February 15th. One of my letters was cut in half when uploaded on PostBacCAS, so RVU requested to get it sent directly to their office of admissions email address. It was sent March 11th. I got an acceptance email on March 15th. The admissions office are very responsive to emails, so I suggest sending a follow-up email after 4 weeks if you haven't heard anything. Good luck!

Are there any current or past RVU MSBS students that I could ask some questions about the program?

Gained acceptance to RVU as well. I'm really excited about this program and considering attending. Is there anyone from the program I could ask some questions about?
