Anyone have any idea about a fair compensation for work rvu's plus base salary for ophtho? I've been doing a ton of research on this and could use some help. Thanks.

Region and specialty specific. Are you in a rural area, mid-sized city, or large city? The more saturated the market, the lower the base and, probably, the bonus, due to supply and demand and lower patient volume, respectively. Are you a generalist? Subspecialist? Need more info.
