I am on the waitlist at RWJ. I have heard that it is divided into thirds. Does anyone know if this is done when the decision is made, or after May 15th? If this information is available, has anyone been able to find out their position yet? Thanks.

yeah i called and found out that there are 3 groups and i'm in the second one...however the lady said that people on the list are picked "randomly"....as to group heirachy i dont know, but i'll call back mid march

Yes the list is ranked into thirds

top thirds, middle pack, and last.

I was placed in the top thirds last year with a promising chance of getting pulled off but due to 9/11 and the state of the economy last year, I guess most of the accepted in-state students decided to stay IN-STATE (cheaper tuition)...so I lucked out.
