Rx vs. Crush

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I assume that the op was refering to using either book for step II. I just took step II a week ago, and I used Rx and First Aid as my primary reading sources. The resource that I found most useful was Kaplan q bank for step II though. Even though it's overpriced for 900 some questions ($150), I was too lazy for all the page flipping involved with using NMS. If you don't mind the page flipping, NMS is fine though. As far as Rx went, I found it useful for reviewing the basic stuff. Like I had forgotten how to manage some of the basic peds and ob cases, so Rx was useful as a reminder there, but I definitely think that Rx was too general to be used as a primary studying source. I got a lot more out of doing the questions since they went over specific topics. I've heard people rave about Crush the boards at my school too. It looked more detailed then Rx to me, but I couldn't offer any specific comments on it since I didn't use it.
