As I've been going through RxPrep I've found a few misprints and I thought I'd post them here.

Page 335 - "Simeprevir inhibits P-gp; can decrease concentration of P-gp substrates." If simeprevir is in fact a P-gp inhibitor that would make it increase concentrations of P-gp substrates since P-gp is an efflux pump.

The diagram on page 352 says protein synthesis inhibitors are bactericidal except aminoglycosides and some pathogens for streptogramins so that bactericidal should be bacteriostatic because amioglycosides are bactericidal and things like macrolides are bacteriostatic.

Question 9 on page 388 is a select all that apply question and the question is which of the following antibiotics can interfere with coagulation or coagulation assays:
a. Vibactiv
b. Tygacil
c. Primaxin
d. Sivextro
e. Orbactiv

The answer key says a and e which are both correct but b is also correct because on page 372 it says that tigecycline can increase INR in patients taking warfarin.

Did anyone else find any misprints?
