I'm a first year med student who is interested in EM. I'm looking into doing some research while in medschool and was wondering if there was anywhere to go to find ideas for clinical research in EM? I'm planning on talking to the EM docs at my school for ideas, but was wondering if any of you had any ideas of where I could look at to get ideas before I went to them? Thanks for all the help!!

Talk to some of the attendings in the ED, or any of the EM residents at your school or nearest hospital. You likely won't be doing groundbreaking research, but most of the scut involved in getting related articles and what-not (that's what I have one student doing for me on my research).
