Anyone use it in the OR? Frankly uncertain if it's approved for clinical use in the US,but we've had it for at least a few years under the Ketanest brand name. Pfizer claims it has less psychotropic effects than the old ketamine.

I have a few thoughts from OR, prehospital and ED settings, but wanted to hear your thoughts on the subject.
