S3 S4 uworld doubt plz help appreciate it

Hey guys, Does anyone know who to identify if a case is talking about S3 or S4 ?? I know what those are and the differences.
My question is, If they give an audio with a case, do u guys listen to audio to see if its s3 or s4 OR just the case it self is enough? B/c whenever I see a case an audio I am trying to see what MURMUR it is, I do not know how to listen for s3 or s4.

If anyone has uworld can you see the QD's below and if you can plz tell me how you figured out that it was not a murmur in auidio but a S3 or S4 heart sound. I would really appreciate it,
