Is it required of an applicant to provide two letters of reference from physicians and professors only? Is it also okay to submit one from an employer, if the reference would be more detailed?

The letters must be submitted from faculty with the school's letter head. Getting a ref from a professor is easier than u think. Just show up during most office hours with valid coursework questions and request a LOR by the end of the term.
