i never imagined so, but there is a huge advantage of having worked in the trenches for 15 years. changes perspectives. in addition, i feel i have a purpose in what i am doing, as opposed to just making money. yes, indigent/selfpay/medicaid patients and insurance is exquisitely frustrating, but i do feel optimistic about trying to make an indent in community safety.
