SAEM could hardly have picked a worse place for a June meeting...well, maybe the gulf coast.

I disagree. We had never been to Phoenix before and had never been this far west. Although, Phoenix is NOT for me, we have had an AWESOME time! The hotel was SWEEEEET. It had like 4 pools plus a lazy river. We had some DARN good food in and around the metro area and saw some awesome scenary. We drove out into the Superstition Mts one day, and South Mountain Park another day. Also caught a D-Backs game. Saw the temp peak at 110 in the renta car!
Heard some decent lectures and met some new folks. I am looking forward to ACEP in Vegas in Oct!
