Anyone have any recommendations for safety glasses with a headlight that are relatively inexpensive? Sometimes having loupes on to do things like impression making or custom tray trimming/fab is cumbersome because you have to look through the little slit above your lenses and the glasses frame. I saw an upperclassman using a luma dent light on normal safety glasses, which seems great, but very expensive (I think my lumadent light with a battery for my loupes was about $300). Anyone have any other cheap alternatives to just using the overhead light and cheap eye protection?

Do you already have a lumadent light? If so, lumadent will send you a pair of safety classes that the light will fit on. Just email your lumadent rep and see what they can do for you, mine was free with the light.

A buddy of mine just uses one of those strap head lights like you would find at any hardware or outdoors store. Just puts some barrier tape where the button is.
