Please what does salaried exempt pharmacist (based on a standard 40 hour work-week schedule) mean when working as a full time staff pharmacist for Walgreens?
Salaried means you aren't paid extra for staying late. Exempt means you aren't guaranteed breaks or overtime. Please what does salaried exempt pharmacist (based on a standard 40 hour work-week schedule) mean when working as a full time staff pharmacist for Walgreens?

Is that a good thing or bad thing in a long run? i'm a little bit hesitant now and confused on whether i should accept the offer or not. Do you know if most chain pharmacy's do that?
Okay thank you so much
What state are you in?
Nearly all non-California pharmacists are exempt from OT laws, mandated breaks, and other labor perks because you're classified as a "necessary healthcare professional" and therefore exempt.
