Salaried means you aren't paid extra for staying late. Exempt means you aren't guaranteed breaks or overtime.

Is that a good thing or bad thing in a long run? i'm a little bit hesitant now and confused on whether i should accept the offer or not. Do you know if most chain pharmacy's do that?
