When people speak about possible salaries one can achieve running a private dental practice on here are they including fringe benefits like health insurance, etc? I realize that everyone is different since dentists, as small business owners, set up employee pay themselves. Also, I am assuming that matched 401 (k) contributions don't exist for most dentists.
What do you make yearly (or what is the norm) and do you have to pay health insurance, etc out of that paycheck or is it included along with your salary?
What is the best way to set this up when you own a private practice? Have your health insurance come with your salary or to use part of your salary after you get the check to buy it?
