It’s good to know that this seems to be consistent with other sources. A quick question: Is it surprising that there isn’t much difference in pay between those who are HPM boarded vs. non-boarded (granted the sample size is small for the non-boarded)? From talking to HPM colleagues, they feel HPM boarded should be higher given that only those who are boarded can do palliative care?
