I thought, since third years are getting ready to graduate residency and probably have had a few job offers, would anyone be willing to share what kind of offers are out there? I am interested in particularly the NY tri-state area, for general pediatricians.
 
i'd also love to get some info on the matter... after all a lot of us have much loans to pay back...
