What is reasonable part time teaching job salary? Lets say teaching USMLE course at Kaplan like center?

If you're doing some independent tutoring, then you can easily charge upwards of $100/hr. However, if you're going to be employed, then I wouldn't expect more than $50/hr (which is still quite high). Much of this really depends on your negotiation skills.
