The believe dat secretion of saliva is an activE process is supported by the observation that.......secretion stops if pressure within the salivary duct is the same as the blood pressure..

Where are you getting your information? I believe is should be: secretion of saliva is an active process is supported by the observation that.......secretion continues if pressure within the salivary duct is the same as the blood pressure..

Im sorry but I cant remember my source...
 
ohh yes it continues evn when the pressure within salivary duct is HIGHER than NOT SAME as blood pressure..
