for the paper shelf exams, does everyone sitting for it have the same form of the exam?

All the questions are the same. You have to designate which test you have, because the questions are out of order.

I also heard that each test is curved based on the people taking it with you (nationally), so that a lower percentage = better score earlier in the year. This is different from Step 1. Is it true?
