Same supervisor for several activities on app

Currently filling out the activities section of my application and I'm wondering if it comes off as shady for having the same supervisor for many (3) activities. Much of the volunteer work I did was facilitated through my church and I was technically under one person who was in charge of running the different groups. Is it questionable to have the same contact for a few activities? I really wouldn't know who else to put.

Better to lump up the volunteering into one slot and label it as “most meaningful” if it means a lot to you.

I have like 7 different tabs for all of my military related stuff, every single one of them has the same contact because they were with me in all of them.

I don’t think it is shady to have someone listed. If the activities are different enough to justify the different listings, you are good.
