Sample Dentist LOE

Hello my fellow SDNers,
I have asked my dentist to write an LOE for me. She said you can just write one and I will just edit and send it to dental schools, but I don't have the slightest idea how I should write that letter. This is my first time requesting such letterand my first time having been told to write it myself. All my school professors wrote the letters themselves.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Damn that sucks. I got a couple dentists to write letters for me. It took them about a day to write the letters for me too. Maybe you should consider asking another practitioner.

Come one a lot of people must have been told the same thing by their dentist.

Are you kidding? The dentist I asked to write my LOR said the same thing and I could not have been happier. You get to write an awesome letter about yourself saying why you would make a good dentist. You basically get to elaborate on your PS. What I did was sit down with my parents and have them tell me what they would write about me (because it is a little difficult to write about yourself without being a little modest).
