Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has a sample LOE for dentist that we can share. My dentist said he has never written one before and would like to see a sample of that.🙂

Or if there isn't can anyone tell me what to include in the LOE from dentist?

I know a lot of dentists have people writing their own LOR. No need to be shady if that's the case. I think my dentist and orthodontist both had templates. lol
