I just got a acceptance letter from SA, but the only thing they want back is an intent form saying I will or will not accept the offer and there is nothing indicating that they require a deposit to hold the spot.
do any of you guys know if there is a deposit required, or if you got another letter regarding the deposit???? 😕

Just don't want to loose my spot over not sending in the deposite...

i wondered the same thing and e-mailed Dr. Thomas. She said no deposit is required and you'll start to get more information sometime in the spring. I'll have to admit findinding out that there is no deposit was awesome!!

Ha. I thought it was weird too. I read the form 25 times before I sent it to make sure it wasn't in the fine print. Good to know it wasn't just me.

Did they give you any specific date by which you must let them know?

No deposit is required. You should be getting more information regarding the biochemistry placement exam, computer order form, scrub order form, immunizations, etc. right around Easter.

Another thing... if you want to park close (i.e. on the main campus) and not be shuttled in every morning, I would get your permit on the first day it says you can when you get the information in your packet in the spring. I did that, and was in Zone 4 (farthest zone on main campus) and was bumped up off the wait list for Zone 3 in August.
