1. What is your interpretation of the results of the complete blood count? (2 marks)
2. What is your diagnosis from the results of the complete blood count? (2 marks)

what exactly is the difference between interpretation and diagnosis?

interpretation hypochromic microcytic anemia dx IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA? why (thal vs fe def ) the high rdw cinches th dx of fe def anemia
this will become bread and butter

Thanks. I know it is Fe anemia.
However I just couldn't differentiate the difference between interpretation and diagnosis.
now I know interpretation means microcytic hypochromic anemia.
Thanks a lot.
