    Does anyone have any tips on learning the principles of the sarcomere? I can never seem to get this to stick. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

    That's very broad. Structure or function? MCAT level or physiology level?

    I think if it happens to be a basic understanding of a power stroke, then studying a good animation works well.
