Satellite Undergrad Campus

So I'm an older student, graduated from a solid undergrad school in a totally unrelated field...thinking if going back to school to take ALL my pre-reqs (haven't attempted one science class in college) but due to where I live, it would be tough to attend any of the major universities at there main campus. Do you guys know if going to an off-site or satellite campus would kill me?

Pre-requisites should be taken at colleges or universities (it doesn't need to be famous), definitely don't take it at community college or online schools.
