I know this has been discussed before but want a more updated response. How bad is saturation in urban areas that are not nyc/chicago/la type areas? I know there are low paying jobs available...but is it true that older docs can be "predatory" and just churn out associates before making them partner? thinking of doing ophtho but this sort of thing gives me pause.
