SCCO wait for COMPLETION of application before interview?

Does SCCO wait until your complete application is in (OAT, LOR's, etc) before you hear from them about the interview? I know some schools interview even if you haven't taken the OAT.... just wondering.

at the time that i received my interview invitation, my application was not complete since SCCO had not received TWO of my letters of recs and one of my school's transcripts! but i still got accepted even with one missing pre-req class (which i am taking now) and one letter of rec still coming in 😀
