schedule interview october 15th: could miss acceptance calls?

Hey all,
I would really like to schedule one of my interviews for October 15th, but am wondering what happens if you miss an acceptance call from a school and can't call back until the next day? Are the schools offended or what? Anyone have any experience with missing an acceptance call and not being able to call back till the next day?

They will leave you a voice mail, or call again. Some even call in the evening (as most applicants are in class and/or working during the day).
As other poster noted, you usually get an email, or an update in your online status. Don't sweat it.

You're right--I just checked. Not sure where I got the 22nd from!
