schedule question for WAGS rph in 24 hr store

hey for those of you who work for Wags in a 24 hr store, what schedule do you guys work?

Ive seen stores where they work 8 straight days, then get one day off, then 2 more days, then 3 straight off

Ive seen every wed off, so work M and T, then off, then work Th-Tues, then wed off, then TH and FRI then weekend off

so what do you guys think is the best schedule? there are total of 2 staff rph at this store

There's only 2 rph's in a 24 hour store? So you work 12 hour days 7 days a week?

i meant during the day

obviously there are 2 night guys, whose scheduling is simple and doesnt influence ours in any way

and of course floaters depending on coverage needed after the 2 staff people work it out

Not really clear on what the question is? If you have float help "after the 2 staff people work it out", then why don't you just work it out with your partner? The "best schedule" depends on what you like and what your partner likes...

The schedule my pharmacy manager and I have works like this:
Mon-Thurs Friday Off
Sat-Mon Tuesday Off
Wed-Fri Weekend Off

This in my opinion is about the best way to manage a 7 day work week schedule. At times it gets frustrating that you only get two consecutive days off every other week, but on the other hand it's also nice that you never have to work more than 4 days in a row. Highly subjective though, you may think otherwise 🙂

that was the schedule i was vouching for but the manager didnt approve, so we went with:

mon, tues, wed off, thurs-sun, mon off, tues-fri, weekend off

the only adv is that dont have to deal with Mon BS the one week, and the other week we work Mon, its 11-7 shift, so the Mon BS is split with the 8am floater dude....its fairly decent i suppose
