Hello, I am anticipating a few interviews (hopefully), but I am currently living in Spain for the next year. I have not received interviews before, but I was wondering how flexible scheduling is\ would it be counterproductive on my part to ask for specific dates for interviews so I could bunch a few interviews together within a few days?

Did your Primary application make clear your reason for being in Spain and the anticipated dates of availability for interviews? If you are active military or participating in a prestigious program, schools might be inclined toward more flexiblity. A rare few might even Skype you.
Some schools are very rigid (you can't argue with an online scheduling system or one with no remaining open slots) and others will make an effort to accommodate you. You can always choose the latest possible interview date and hope more will be offered that will allow you schedule them over the same visit to the USA. You may have the option of rescheduling even later as an interview date approaches, if you have a human interface to contact (two weeks notice is considered "polite").
I will also be living abroad for the rest of interview season. I will be leaving the US soon, and i received 2 IIs in the last couple days, so too short notice to schedule before I left. I’m considering declining the II from the school I’m less excited about. The other school assigned me a date in mid November. I’m hoping I hear back from a school I’m more excited about and schedule it around the same time
I think the best bet is to schedule relatively far in advance and hope that other schools invite you in the meantime so you can coordinate. In my experience, it depends on the school how flexible they’ll be with scheduling. Some have been very accommodating (even offering me the first available interview date so i could come in before I left the US) while others ignored my emails about it

You should not decline any interview unless you have an acceptance.
I definitely agree, but with being abroad, I’ve had to make some difficult decisions about prioritizing my time and resources. My interview scheduled in November will be my 7th, so I’m hoping I’ll have at least one acceptance from those 7. I’m also waiting to hear back from 10+ schools and I am anticipating at least one or two more invitations. Not trying to be rude or anything, I just wanted to explain my thought process. I’ve had a lot of luck this cycle
