The Lone Star Caucus, an organization of doctors from some of the smaller Texas counties, sponsors a scholarship for current MS3 or MS4 Texas medical students.

Nice! I can pass it onto my class, but I couldn't find how much the scholarship is worth.

Amount will depend on donations into the fund, I believe.
Texas medical students should also look into the scholarships sponsored by the TMA :

TMA sponsored scholarships

and get creative/proactive by searching the county medical societies in the county their medical school is located in.
