Are you presenting a poster at the conference? If so, it would be a good experience to present your work to others in your field. And in that case, I would ask your PI to cover your flight costs (especially given that the scholarship covers everything else). Even if you aren't, I assume you're in the field or at least interested in physics and condensed matter, so it might be a good opportunity to go see what research is out there.
From their website, it looks like everything is included except airfare:
Recipients of the scholarship will be invited to attend the ICCF-21 conference and pre-conference school free of charge. ICCF-21 will also cover the cost of housing, meals, the welcome reception, excursions, the banquet, conference programming and airport transfers from and to Denver International Airport (DIA) to Fort Collins. Small groups of scholarship winners will be partnered with a mentor with whom to discuss the conference material and the field of LENR overall. Travel to and from Denver is the only cost not covered by ICCF-21.
It doesn't seem like it's a scholarship as in money to go toward your undergrad tuition, but as in you don't have to pay to go to the conference (except your flight). If you're presenting a poster, most undergrads have a conference travel fund that you can apply for, which would probably cover your airfare as well.
