A high MCAT score isn't enough to guarantee an acceptance, nevermind scholarship. Too many qualified applicants for that.

Very high. The lowest stats I've seen (and they are not low, by any means) with a full-tuition scholarship was something like 3.5/37.

No, because numbers are only one aspect (perhaps not even the most important aspect) of your application.
