As a first year, how/where can I apply for scholarships for next year? Any recommended websites? Who do I need to speak to at my school?

Military branches offer the HPSP program which covers all costs and includes a stipend for living. As does the NHSC.
Call your schools financial aid office for school-specific rewards.
